
Gourmet Robbie O’s Cheese Melt
INGREDIENTS
Thick cut bread
Robbie O’s Legendary Steak Sauce
Choice of shredded cheese, we like to mix gruyere & old cheddar
Diced onions
Salt and pepper
1tbsp brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Onion Caramel: Heat up a dab of Robbie O’s in a pan, toss in those onions, season them, and let them sweat and sweeten up for about 10 minutes. Throw in the brown sugar for a minute until it’s all sticky and caramel-like.
Bread Prep: Slather Robbie O’s on one side of each bread slice.
Cheese It Up: Get that skillet back on the heat with a bit more Robbie O’s. Drop in the bread, sauce side down, then layer on the cheese.
Onion Topping: Once the cheese begins to melt, crown one slice with your caramelized onions.
Sandwich It: Put the cheese slices together, lower the heat, and let the cheese melt together.
Transfer you to a plate, cut diagonally and enjoy your Gourmet Robbie O’s Cheese Melt
