“I would like to buy Da Burger”

There is nothing quite like “da burger” and this one will have them coming back for more.

Ingredients:
1lb of ground beef
¼ cup of Robbie O’s Legendary Steak Sauce
¼ cup of bread crumbs
1 Burger Bun

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix Everything: In a large bowl, mix 1lb of ground beef, ¼ cup of bread crumbs. Mixed until combined.

Make the Patties: Divide the mixture into four and roll into 4 balls.

Season your Burgers: Flatten the balls to the desired thickness, with a bit of a concave on top. Season with Salt and Pepper generously.

Ready the Pan: Put your pan on a low flame, once hot add 2 tablespoons of Robbie O’s Legendary Steak Sauce.

Cook your Burgers: Grill or fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear and a thermometer hits that perfect 165º.

Rest the Burgers: Once your steak is grilled to perfection, remove it from the heat and let it rest. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat and gives you enough time to prep your buns.

Ready The Buns: Slice your Bun in half and toast the bread in the same pan, let the bread soak up some of the burger juices.

Building your Burgers: Spread the buns with Robbie O’s Legendary Steak Sauce. Top with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Bacon, Smoked Cheddar and Gouda.
