O to Robbie Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS:
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Robbie O’s Legendary Steak Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, 1 tablespoon Robbie O’s Legendary Steak Sauce, smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Marinate the Pork Chops:
Rub both sides of the “O to Robbie Pork Chops” with the marinade.
Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour any remaining marinade over them.
Seal the bag or cover the dish, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Grill the Pork Chops:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the grill grates lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
Place the marinated pork chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the grill and let them rest for 3 minutes.
Serve:
Place the pork chops on a serving platter and drizzle generously with Robbie O’s Legendary Steak Sauce.
Serve with your favorite sides like grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
