Robbie O’s Hangover Special

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Handful of sliced olives
1 TBSP Robbie O’s Legendary Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes

Sizzle and Soften: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the peppers until they’re soft and bragging a slight caramel hue, about 5-7 minutes.

Egg Time: Crack the eggs right into the skillet over those gorgeous peppers. Season with a pinch of salt and a crack of pepper. Cook ’em until the whites are firm but the yolks are as runny as a good gossip.
