
Salmon à la Robbie O’s

Salmon (skin on for the best experience)
Robbie O’s Legendary Sauce
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Grill Ready: Make sure your grill is ready! Get it nice and hot, so the coals are ashed over, but make sure the grill itself is clean.
Prep the Salmon: Pat the salmon dry, season it with salt, and then lovingly coat it with Robbie O’s.
Grill It: Start skin side up, close the lid and give it 3-4 minutes. When it’s time, flip it again. Close the lid, and give it another 4-6 minutes.
Final Touch: After the flip, add another dollop to the “Salmon à la Robbie O’s” right off the grill and enjoy.
